Totally disappointed weird colors not working

I purchased thinking it would be genuine. I printed 3 photos but the colors are totally out of context and photos turning out useless. I am so disappointed with this. I wanted this so that I could have gifted photos as birthday gift but it's not even fit for showing. I need to replace it with HP original ink. HP genuine ink output is flawless. This is no where near to HP quality

Beware! Wrong product received/mis-labeled

When ordering this cartridge it says it works with my HP 3830 printer. The cartridge does not fit. The box does not look exactly like that shown online and has a sticker over it with a different number. So aggravating.

After initial error messages seems to work ok

After initial error messages this color cartridge seems to work ok as an HP substitute. Last Black remanufactured cartridge did not last as long as the original HP but we're trying to support Staples products when we can
