This is the ink my printer uses but it did not work. I tried realigning and cleaning the printer. No luck.

Ctg fine as far as I know. It's a stand-by replacement folr my unit. Delivery is another issue. Driver left pkg at sign post at end of driveway over 1 n00 ' from house. Fortunately my wife happened to see it delivered and shouted to the driver not to leave it out there; We may never have seen it :

I just opened two of the TruRed cartridges and neither one worked. The printer seemed to not recognize them. It just kepe tellint it could not read them. I tried everything and spent 45 minutes but could not get them to work. This is NOT acceptable.
