Haven't gone through the whole cartridge yet but my HP OfficeJet 4650 recognized this cartridge as a recycled genuine HP cartridge. Works great so far. Excellent quality from the trusted staples brand for almost half the price (on sale).

I ordered ONE refilled ink cartridge the high capacity version because why not right? It was cheaper than the brand new ones of regular capacity. I figured they must be tested and quality assured right? I've been happy with Staples in the past. When my package arrived there were THREE cartridges in the box. I checked and rechecked my order and the description of the product and it said clearly ONE cartridge. So I put the first one in and went through the initiation process lined up printed looked like it was going to work. Over the next couple months I printed maybe a dozen pages. I'm not a high volume printer. This cartridge caused the printer to quit printing. Some error on the printer kept telling me to replace the cartridge. I took it out and put it back. I wiped it with dry toilet paper. Alcohol soaked toilet paper. It bled like it should. Printer still refused to print. So I reluctantly replaced the FIRST cartridge with the SECOND. That one worked after the initiation process. I'm starting to see why there were THREE cartridges in the box. I have not printed much with the SECOND cartridge yet but it did well on the couple pages it did print so far. Will continue to follow through here if there are more problems. I don't feel cheated yet as I only think I paid for ONE cartridge and got THREE. I have yet to realize usage of the ONE full cartridge yet.
