Very poor quality ink. I bought the color and black ink. The color ink DID NOT come out as color. It came out as a BALCK ink. NO COLOR IN THERE AT ALL. Very discusted. I'm sending your ink back and I expect my money back. Waste of my money and time. Staples you failed on your remanufactured ink. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS INK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it!!!!!!!!!

my stand alone printer rejected the re-manufactured tri-color cartridge.....unfortunately I separately ordered 2 more re-manufactured cartridges (2 for HP 62 and this one for HP 63)... Now I have 3 that my 2 stand alone printers will not accept.....sure would like to hear from Staples

I’ve used TruRed 3 times. I had a little trouble getting 2 of them in but all 3 printed well and lasted as long as HP. Unless HP lowers their price I will continue to use TruRed Blk and Tri color
