I was so bummed when I found out they changed the formula of my favorite lavender laundry detergent. I couldn’t figure out why my clothes smelt so different until I looked at the bottle and noticed a different design. Smells very synthetic now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using this detergent for years! The reason I love it is for the scent. The formula change was noticed immediately when I used my new bottle. It is awful! Please change back to your previous formula. It was delightful. I will be changing brands if the formula stays this way. I just can’t stand the smell now.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it

I’ve been using this product for years and so sad that it no longer smells the same. Why? I learned that the formula had changed ! Why change something when it words so well. Is it a money thing? If so, I think you are going to lose some valuable customers which would affect the profit also. All of us ‘lovers of Ms. Meyers’ love the idea of using a good, safe product and also experiencing the wonderful smell of the product. I’ve began looking into other natural products. Please reconsider to change back to what it was!

Bring back the former scent formulation please

The new smell is so disappointing! I had to check the label to make sure I had bought lavender. The old formulation really used to smell like lavender but this new stuff smells perfumy and way too strong. Please go back to the old formulation!

Scent change = end to years of purchasing

I have used this detergent for years, but the recent scent change has put an end to that. I will not purchase this again, due to the new sickly artificial "lavender" that smells like someone created a scent based on asking ChatGPT "what does a flower smell like?"

Unfortunate new formula

I have used this detergent for years - I opened my new bottle & thought it was fake because the smell was so horrible but now I see that they changed the formula. WHY? I loved this brand because they have maintained quality in a market where others only worry about cutting costs but now it seems Mrs Meyers is doing the same thing which is extremely unfortunate. Sadly I will need to find another detergent/cleaning brand even tho I have been using Mrs Meyers lavender scented everything for the last ~7 years
