I ordered three cases of paper believing I would get ONE case free at checkout - well that didn't happen! I really don't like to be fooled. Question now what will you do about it?

We have been using this product since Staples came to Missoula and have been pleased. It doesn't jam in our HP printers.

As the Paper product goes is fine. I use it in my three printers and do not have any problems. As for Staples the experience went very easy from purchase to rebate. I have been a loyal customer of Staples because of the in-store support. That is the key to making and keeping a loyal customer.
