We have used Staples copy paper in our office for over five years and are pleased with its performance in the copiers. It is comparable to the top name brands. The light paper packaging does not always hold up during shipping and unpacking of the case to store on shelves. The light design of the package for this paper sometimes damages the paper inside by folding and curling of corners. In some cases the humidity will cause the paper to jam in the copier although a rare occurrence.

Store lowered their price to match the online price and I used a discount coupon to knock more off the price so I got a better value buying elsewhere. I mainly use it to print client documents and quality is good.

Affordable without loosing the Qaulity

I use the Staples Brand Copy Paper at both of my work sites. The quality of the paper is great and it is very affordable. I have tried other bands before that are in the same price range of the Staples Copy Paper Brand but the quality of the other bands are not as good as the Staples Copy Paper. I would recommend Staples Brand of Copy Paper before I would recommend any other brand. They have great deals on the paper and since I have used Staples Copy Paper I would not switch to any other brand.

Excellent copy paper

I print out about 500 double sided copies a month and have little to no mishaps with jams two at a time coming through. These things can mess up a time crunch plan when time is of the essence. I am now on my second case. These are huge sheets of paper to handle a ream at time but well wrapped to keep them together. My printer trays accepts about 250 at a time. When there is a mishap and I need just a few more sheets another ream is opened. So having a whole case from which to select reams helps cut down on running to store to buy more.
