Excellent Paper

I own a print shop and always use this paper as it is not only reasonably priced compared to my other paper suppliers but the quality of the image on this paper is unsurpassed and it does not get stuck in my copy machines even when I have double-sided printing whether it be black and white or full color. The bright clean white of the paper is consistent as well as the thickness. I would recommend this product to all my competitors and all my customers.

The only paper we buy

We use lots and lots of paper. We have to printers from Staples and 3 computers from Staples. It is not expensive; lots of paper sales; no problem in the printers and good copies. Nothing bad at Staples from sales people to products. Not an employee or affiliated with the brand but we are loyal and satisfied customers of Staples.

Good quality paper

I used to use a very expensive paper for our printer. I used a much lower quality for the copier. That was tedious - I might be out of printer paper but have tons of copier paper. I wanted a good quality multi-purpose paper that wasn't too expensive. I "settled" for this one when my preferred brand was out of stock. That was years ago and I have not ordered another brand since. This wasn't what I planned on buying but it turned out to be great. It's bright enough to look professional but inexpensive enough to use to print grocery coupons.

The is the first copy paper I have found that is static proof - fewer paper jams in any of our copy machines and perfectly clear printing.

I use Staples Brand of copier paper all the time. It's economical and does the job that I need it to do. I am secretary and graphic artist for a historical community band and go through many reams of paper in the course of a year so the product needs to be able to stand up to the rigors I put it though. Its bright color makes my posters "pop out" and is sturdy enough to be easy to work with. One problem I've always had with inferior brands is that they get caught in the copier causing it to jam up wasting more paper than I care to! Staples Copy Paper has outperformed those other brands hands down. I also use a lot of paper to copy music (obviously!). My Band plays the bulk of its concerts in the summer time outside. It's very important with humid weather that the paper the music is printed on won't curl up and wilt which is a distressing problem for any musician - but especially to a soloist who is out in front of a crowd! Staples performs as well as the Band in this regard.

Perfect weight for any busy office

We use this paper for all our needs at a busy doctors office. The price is affordable and the boxes are great for storage of files and reports that stack nicely so nothing goes to waste.
