I always watch for the coupons when you can get the paper on sale. This is the paper you want to purchase when you have to watch a budget especially when they have coupons for it a lot through out the year.

bulk purchase of paper - a great deal!

Staples often offers great deals on copy paper if you buy 5 or 10 reams. Usually the deal is for 10 reams - buy one get one free or send in a coupon for money back either in the form of a check or a Staples debit card. Too often because I can't lift a 10-pack (granted the Staples staff will always help) I've sometimes just bought the individual reams. But recently Staples has been offering big discounts on the five-pack which is perfect for me. Not only do you save considerable money when you buy in bulk - the inexpensive copy paper is just as good as the more expensive paper at least in regard to my experience and it has never gotten stuck in my printer either. I highly recommended the 5 and 10 pack deals such as this one.

another great deal at my Staples store

This was just the latest in great deals at my local Staples store. I have used this paper for years and it works great in all of my copiers and printers. I really like the 5 ream package because the 10 ream package is rather heavy to lift. The shrink wrap packaging is more stable than the cardboard boxes on the 10 ream carton. Other papers have sometimes jammed but virtually never with this paper. I try and buy it a couple of cases at a time and it stores well. The 92 brightness is fine. The 20 weight is adequate and avoids issues experienced with other heavier stock.
