Most of my orders come the next day which I really like. I did have a couple of boxes with crushed sides. Over 3 pallets I've lost maybe3 reems which I can live with. Paper is decent and consistent but does cause dust in my copiers. I'm sure other brands do too.

We used to purchase this copy paper because it was really cost-effective and it worked well with our printer. The recent order we received came in different packaging though. Unfortunately it has not worked well with our printer and constantly causes jams and miss-prints so the quality of the paper is not as good as it was previously.
