Not sure if it's the loose and soft packaging for the individual reams or the recycled box itself the edges of at least 2 reams are damaged causing a misalignment or jam during printing. This is the first time I've used this red package first time ever had damage on copy paper.

The paper in the bottom reams is always dented bent scuffed and I won't know until the final reams are needed that they are damaged. Getting tired of this.
