My last purchase at Staples was fine. You were out of the lower priced 8 1/2" x 14" white copy paper (92 Brightness) and I had to purchase one ream of the higher priced 8 1/2" x 14" paper (96 Brightness). I prefer the lower priced white copy paper just for office use. Otherwise everyone was helpful and purchase went as expected.

I had a concern that my Phaser 6250 would have difficulty after using 28 lb for so many years. The paper ran flawlessly. I was concerned that 92 brightness would be too yellow and not produce accurate color. No issue with color at all.
