You have to "flip" the edges of the ream before inserting in paper tray because the sheets stick together. That should be printed as a warning on the packaging.

I had a $16 rewards coupon and was looking for a way to enhance my bargain. The 5 reams of copy paper were on sale and so it was a tremendous bargain in all respects. I will not need to purchase additional paper for several years.
