Says it is jam free but I have yet to get a single copy without the printer jamming.

I then brought it in for staples copy center to run on their own machine and didn't even get a discount for the stock I purchased from staples in the first place that wouldn't run through my own printer. it was definitely a problem with the paper as other stocks I had run fine - including oversized stocks.

Love Staple products one for the price and most of all the the quality. In addition to my order placed for pick up I ran into pick it up at the Manchester NH location and the 2 employees that were going on and beyond for their customers were amazing.
