Average quality. Cheaper than regular price at the store but more than sale price. Good deal if no one has paper on sale or you don't want to search for a better price.

Not only can you make a smooth pirate hat! Paper has literally more then 4 uses! I use my paper to write harrowing adventures of daring-do! I love this paper and so will you!
