100% recycled paper

I ONLY purchase recycled paper for both personal and business use. WHY do I have to pay $1.00 MORE for paper that is 100% recycled???? This really bothers me. If you cared about the environment it seems to me that you would encourage your customers by reduced price to purchase the 100% recycled paper. Thank you. Margaret Connors
