Usually I find this to be a good reasonably priced product. But recently many pages have defects with tears and the last batch has rough 8.5" feeding edges that led me to think my printer was acting up. I took it to the shop to discover myself that the paper itself was the problem! So far I have a ream of paper like this that I'm returning. Otherwise I've previously been pleased with the product and used it often.
