tired of it being left downstairs when i keep requesting that it be delivered to the 2nd floor i am getting too old to be lifting and carrying up stairs!!

As our parent company basically requests we order from contracted companies we've had some copy paper that has jammed in our machine due to wrinkles before we even load the machine. We've never had an issue with Staples brand and will continue to use it.
