Not sure what to say about permanent markers they are black chiseled tip so we ca write bold or narrow they last as long as expected since they are used in a sometimes oily environment. We use these to notate filter change dates no our equipment and vehicles. I do like the sort of squarish design easier to grip and less likely to roll away.

These are my new go-to markers! Just a nice true black ink with nice sharp clean edges. I definitely recommend this value pack! I had tried these out before buying the 36 pack so I already new how great these markers were…Believe me just go big and get the 36 pack.
