I have used this cartridge before several times however lately the quality control seems to be slipping. A month ago I got a dried out color cartridge right out of the box & now this black cartridge has the same issue. I now have to stop what i'm doing & go to the store & get another cartridge & ship this defective one back & wait for a refund. Annoying when you're trying to meet deadlines. Purchase at your own risk.
