I was worried that a remanufactured cartridge wouldn't work in my hp printers but had no problem.The ink came out and I had no error messages. I saved alot on school homework assignments for my remote learners.

I am not happy with the Tri-Color ink. I put the new cartridge in and after printing 10 letters I'm getting the message that the cartridge is used and almost empty. Plus its not printing red. Very disappointed! Not having any issues with the new black cartridge at this time.

This is my very first negative review of ANY product but I am so disappointed! The color cartridge was unable to be “read” by our copier. We tried it in a different copier and it still would not work. The black cartridge worked but we only got about 30 pages from it! I will not purchase TruRed ink products in the future and highly suggest you don’t waste your time or money.

Bought a black xl and color xl. No problem with black cartridge but the color cartridge keeps jamming in my printer. I’ve had to replace it with a genuine HP ink cartridge.
