Dont like these Cups

The plastic these cups are made with are denser, possibly thicker black plastic. I have had numerous jams in my machine trying to use these. My remedy is to take them out and reinsert them 2-3 times to get proper cup penetration. I don't want to go the disco every time I need a cup of coffee. The coffee is good. really good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HI science, Please contact our Customer Care team at 866-901-2739 so we can help you.
For some reason these K-cups clog the K550 top needle mechanism every time. Not sure if it's because of the amount of grounds inside, or the way it's filled. I started piercing the top where the brewer needle goes in to release the pressure, but that doesn't help either. I can brew dozens of cups from other brands, but as soon as I put a Bustelo in, it instantly clogs.
Dark Magic was my all time favorite k-cup for several years until I found this one two months ago! Even my husband who prefers a french roast or sumatra loves this and he drinks his black. I do not. It is so smooth and great with a touch of half and half and a small spoon of sugar. And now it is out of stock!! Oh what am I to do???
I drink this coffe everey morning. When I switched from a regular coffee pot to a keurig I could not find a dark enough roast that wasn't bitter to save my life, but now I did! This coffee is it!! It is nice and dark even when you add sugar and creamer. No bitter taste. I'm never buying anything else!
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter
This is a terrible dark roast. The after taste is disgusting. Perhaps I got a bad batch, but I'm struggling to understand how anyone could like this.
Cons: Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unappealing Or Flat Aroma, Roasted Too Light, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unpleasant Flavor
I bought this coffee because of the good reviews it had. Bad mistake. I can't imagine who would like this coffee. The taste made me think of burning plastic. It's just awful. I would not recommend to anyone. Now I've got 23 more unusable k-cups. I do wish Keurig offered a money back or replacement guarantee. It's a fair amount of money to be out when you get a bad box of 24 k-cups.
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor, Unappealing Or Flat Aroma, Unpleasant Aftertaste
