NOT the same as Vanilla Biscotti

Suddenly this flavor pops up as a substitute for Vanilla Biscotti but it is not the same at all. Vanilla biscotti flavor was the stuff!!! Bring it back, please!! I was a loyal fan. This is almost undrinkable by comparison. Will not purchase again.

While the Vanilla isn't terrible, it doesn't taste anything like Vanilla Biscotti! I'm extremely disappointed that Folgers is trying to pass this off as the same product that I have drank exclusively for years. Like I wouldn't notice?

I've been purchasing Vanilla Biscotti for many years and this isn't even close to a substitute. Hoping to find another brand that has a decent equivalent.

To know that you replaced vanilla biscotti with French vanilla was so heartbreaking. There is no comparison and the taste is not the same.. I would not recommend French vanilla to anyone.

Please know that our French Vanilla K-Cups did not directly replace our Vanilla Biscotti option which was discontinued a few years ago due to an overall lack of support. Such a disappointment! This coffee is a poor substitute for vanilla biscotti. Is there anyway you can please please bring the original vanilla biscotti flavor back??

French Vanilla is NOT the same as Vanilla Biscotti

I have been drinking the Vanilla Biscotti flavored K-Cups for years. Recently, every online order that I have made (5 of them!) has arrived as French Vanilla instead of Vanilla Biscotti! I returned every order, thinking I was being sent the wrong item. Folgers is doing a "bait and switch" on all of us!! If I order Vanilla Biscotti, what makes it ok to send a different item to me? French Vanilla tastes NOTHING like Vanilla Biscotti. The only Folgers flavor that I drink is the Vanilla Biscotti, so unfortunately, you have lost a customer. Based on the hundreds of other disappointed people I have seen comment the same, I have a feeling they'll lose plenty more customers as well. Why mess with a popular flavor, then tell the customers that the only thing that has changed is the name? Sorry, the flavor changed too. So wrong.

I did not realize my Vanilla Biscotti was discontinued and replaced with this.
Poor replacement. Tastes gross to me. If I could give it zero stars I would. I will be looking for a new brand/flavor.

Please Bring back the Biscotti!

Vanilla Biscotti was the only coffee me and my mom would drink I bought one box of the French Vanilla and was sad and disappointed in the taste. I am no longer drinking coffee because the Vanilla Biscotti was the only coffee I loved. You have lost 2 customers.
