are the FALL & WINTER PRINTS mentioned in your response to customers' comments on this email site???? Thanksgiving is 9 days away and I have checked many stores and only see PLAIN white or summer or childish patterns. You have a great product but you do not listen to your customers' needs or wants.

While we didn't make any Fall/Thanksgiving prints this year, our Winter prints should be appearing on shelves soon. We're sorry to hear that you've had some trouble finding them, and we'd encourage you to check with your local grocery store to see if they'll be stocking them. WHY!...looking for a replacement!

I have purchased your products for yrs & have enjoyed picking designs for my kitchen. Now unless I choose white, the only other design I get to decorate my house with is Star wars. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You have gone TOO FAR with the Star Wars.

Love your product, but when you made the decision to do movie tie-ins instead of your seasonal and holiday designs, you lost me as a customer. At 58, I have been buying Bounty napkins and paper towels for many years and would always buy the holiday prints. I am disappointed in your decision, but it is yours to make. It is now my decision to stop buying your products and look to your competitors. You will not have my business for the entire year. I will check back with you next Christmas to see what you choose to do at that time.

What Jedhi convinced you that Star Wars would be more popular than a seasonal/holiday print for your products? I get it that seasonal (snowflakes versus Christmas) has a better shelf life. But Star Wars? Very disappointed. Glad to find a beautiful pattern with another company. But I hope next year you'll rethink this decision!

No Holiday Prints!,

I’ve looked all over and there are no Holiday print Bounty napkins anywhere! I am so disappointed! I see I’m not the only customer who is annoyed. Please fix this for 2018 as all those above and myself will be expecting to see Bounty Christmas/Holiday/Winter print napkins on the shelf by October.

We're sorry to hear that you've had trouble finding our Winter prints, Monta! They were just released in November, so it's possible that your local stores just haven't had a chance to stock them yet. We recommend reaching out to the store manager, or even shopping online.

Our Holiday prints were just released in November so it's possible your local retailer hasn't received a shipment yet. Please reach out to your store's manager or you can shop online for our festive prints.

I am so disappointed in the "holiday" napkins and paper towel. Star Wars? Really? You didn't have any fall prints, I resorted to an off brand. Are you going to sell just white and Star Wars? If so, I will change brands.

We do want to let you know that we released our winter prints in November so it could be that your local store hasn't received shipment yet.
