Great Product but needs better packaging

I bought these napkins because they were on sale. I love Bounty products but they are more expensive than other brands. Still, I love the quality of Bounty so because they were on sale, I decided to try your napkins. (I love the Bounty Paper Towels with the smaller section - that was genius - not every job requires a whole sheet). To improve on the napkin product would be the packaging. There is a competitor who uses a draw string so that you can tighten the string to keep the napkins contained. Because this product is not used all at once, I store them in my pantry. Two times now, I have gotten them out and they spilled onto the floor. When Bounty came out with smaller section Paper Towels, that confirmed even more to me to continue using Bounty. Hopefully it increased your sales, as it did thrill me (it's the small things in life that can make my day)! So, next time, even if they are on sale, I will buy the competitor's brand of napkins - and yes, just because of the packaging. I hope you find this review helpful!

Napkins Have Changed

I've recently noticed that your napkins have been changed and are now thinner. These have always been the best napkins and we have used them in our home for years. I'm very sorry to see you now producing a thinner product.

Good packaging

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to give kudos to not only the product but the packaging team as well. It doesn't seem like much, but it's nice that people put some thought into the actual packaging and making it super easy to open. I wish the pharma industry could take some hints! The pre-tear makes it simple instead of ripping to shreds like most packages. A tiny thing, but well done.

These are thick, but rough feeling

This is the first time I have noticed how course the napkins feel. They are thick and good for wiping hands. However very rough when wiping your mouth. If I had kept my grocery receipt I would have returned them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

More Prints Wanted

Loved your I Love You napkins a few years ago and the floral prints with pink, green and purple. Great for keeping napkins out abs available while making the table look nice. Please bring back these designs.
