Great product - one problem

Have used these for years - willing to pay more because I like them so much. Love these napkins except that recently they stick together when I pull them from my napkin holder, have used the same holder for years so it is not the holder. This has happened for the last several packages. Hope you can fix this issue - it is important.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Napkin Quality, they are sticking to each other

I'm with all the other recent posts as far as the quality - it's obvious you've done some productivity initiative to take out costs - well this one was not the right direction - you're loosing your reputation for being the best - I will be looking for other brands - I spend more time straightening out my napkins in its holder everytime a family member pulls one out - go back to the quality at a cost customers were obviously willing to pay for it.

Poor paper quality makes them stick together

The quality of the paper has been lessened. This causes the napkins to stick together, so when you try and take one napkin out of the normal type holder , you get two or three. I have purchased Bounty products for decades, but now buy another brand of napkins.

Quality now results with me no longer buying

Have purchased Bounty Napkins for years, but now can't even take out of package, or holder without them sticking together. Very flimsy...a shame because I went out of my way to buy them

One big problem

I have been buying this product for years, going out of my way to find this brand and happy to pay a little more for it. But the product has changed! These newer and not improved napkins stick to each other when taking them out of my napkin holder. Its annoying because you end up grabbing more napkins then you need! Not a savings! Seems like you have reformulated this product to save money? Please go back to what you had before. I and likely all the others with this same complaint, would likely pay the few cents more to go back to what was once a great paper napkin!

Napkins are too soft, not sturdy durability as was

The quality of the napkins has gone downhill. They have the texture of a store brand napkin. They used to have a high quality texture. I did not mind paying for the bounty napkin but if it is no better than the store brand, I can save money purchasing theirs.

The product was much better when they first started selling the napkins, but they still work good. The biggest problem is that when you take 1 napkin from a holder it pulls up the next one. I have been using the napkins for years and never had this problem. Doesn't any higher ups in the company see the same problem and get on someone to fix the problem. Or do they not use their own products.

Color of print napkins transfers when wet

I recently bought a "Select Prints" version because the colors would go with my kitchen.
However, when wet, the blue-green color comes off - on hands, tablecloths, counter tops - everywhere it touches turns blue-green.
So, you cannot use this napkin as a "cleaner" for after someone eats their food.
If you buy the napkins - only get the non-printed version.
(for P&G people, the number on my napkin bag is 4237U011N41422 if you think this is unusual).
