What happened to the quality?

This is no longer a great napkin. The texture is horrible, if you stack them, you can't lift one off the pile without dragging more from the pile. When you put them in a napkin holder, you can not pull only one out at a time, the new and improved surface is not smooth. They are thin and not as absorbent. You can save money by producing a cheaper product, but you can also lose customers, I'm one that you lost. I've switched to your competitors brand, the one that still delivers a quality product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love these but miss the seasonal prints in all the bounty items. I end up buying other brands. BTING BACK THE SEASONAL PRINTS even snoopy and peanuts, prints

WHAT HAPPENED ?

We have purchased Bounty Napkins for more then 8 years, a very loyal customer. We were very happy with them, great product. What happened, now they are extremely thin and will not separate when pulled from napkin holder. I actually can see my hand through them. We are unfortunately changing brands.

I have been using Bounty Napkins for a number of years, maybe 10, because of their durability and quality. But the last package I bought about 2 weeks ago are just plain cheap and not at all the quality I have come to expect. They are thin, unabsorbent and I would have to use 3 or 4 of these napkins to equal the old ones. The price didn't change, they still cost more than the competition, but I might as well buy one of the cheaper brands if these won't hold up.
I'm going back to cloth napkins, unless you can convince me that you're going back to you old formula.
And I'm no longer going to buy your paper towels because I no longer have any confidence in your brand.

Why do they stick together??

I've used Bounty napkins since they went on the market. I pay more per napkin than I would for other brands because the quality of the paper and the absorbency is better. What has happened? Now, when I pull out one napkin, it sticks to the one next to it. This sticking together bothers me more than that the paper is thinner and not as absorbent.
This is certainly a "first world problem," and I can easily buy cheaper napkins that won't stick together. Just thought I'd get online and see if others had the same experience, and then I found this opportunity to write a review. So I did, in the hopes that the company will fix the "sticking together" problem.

Used to love these napkins but quality failed.

When I pull out a napkin several stick together and come out at the same time...half way open. This has happened with the last 3 purchases. I am disappointed. I place them in a napkin holder which I have used for years on kitchen table and it is annoying to find them stuck together and have to pull them apart to use just one.

Not what they used to be

Like so many others, I have used Bounty Quilted Napkins for years, but with the last three packs I bought, I've noticed the quality is not what it used to be. They are not as absorbent and when I pull a napkin out, the next one sticks to it, this happens every single time and it is frustrating. I want the old napkins back!
