Decorative container napkins

I purchased bounty napkins in the decorative container lot # 11186310N6B. I had to throw away this product as the napkins had a strong musty/chemical smell. I have used bounty products for many years ,and will continue to do so, except for this product. I called the customer service #, but no one has yet to return my call.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One week ago I purchased a package of Bounty Quilted Napkins. I always open the sealed plastic wrapped package with my hands. I do not use any implements. After opening the package, we noticed that as we began to use the product there was an, apparent manufacturing defect. Located at the exterior of the fold, on each napkin, was a 1/2 inch slit that ran the entire length of the napkin. The slit was still attached to the rest of the napkin by approximately 1/2 inch. As we continue to use the napkins purchased we noticed the entire package to have this defect.
Although this will not interfere with our future purchases of Bounty products, we thought it best to inform you.

I have tried other brands of napkins,but only Bounty stands up to the challenge. They don't shred or fall apart and with 5 kids at home, I need a napkin even they cant destroy.

No quality control

As a shareholder and long time user of P&G products I am looking at a great paper product go down hill. The napkins have gone from great to poor in quality. They are thinner and speckled with lint. The paper towels quality has also went down. The towels are less towel and paper and more lint. Whoever is manufacturing our paper products needs to be watched more closely. Do not let a good product go down the toilet.

These napkins are strong & really hold up when used at meal time. They are made of good quality & we find we don't use as many napkins as the bargain brands. Shows me they are of good value & thank you for making a good product.

dirty streaked

Bounty quilted napkins are normally a top pick at my house, but the other day while opening a new pack of 200 quilted napkins I noticed a black streak mixed in with the paper of the napkins I had to throw the WHOLE PACK away!!!! Because of this I am very disappointed because Bounty Quilted Napkins are not cheap but I buy them for there quality, but that is not what I received with lot 3108u011n22321.
