No matter where I seem to look, I can’t find your napkins!! I had to resort to trying others brands but none of them compare to yours! Are you still making them???

Please know, our Quality Team checks all packs before they head out to our vendors, so this isn't something we expect to hear. It's possible your pack missed a standards check, and some lint from the manufacturing process made its way onto the napkins. We'd be happy to talk more with you about this and help as best we can. We have tried all brands of napkins and have decided that we will only use Bounty from now on, no matter the price.

What happened to Bounty Quilted Napkins ?

My wife and I have used Bounty Quilted Napkins forever, and they were the greatest. NOW they will not even come out of the Napkin holder without the second one down rolling up. We have had this holder for 6 years, the napkins lay flat on the holder, and it has a hinged arm that holds the napkins down.
The napkins also feel flimsy compared to what we are used to.

Quality of Bounty Napkins

I have used Bounty Napkins for years, but am now looking for a new brand. They used to be thicker and sturdier, but now are very limp. When I remove one from the napkin holder, it sticks to the next napkin and pulls it part of the way out of the holder. Why has the quality gone down so much? I would rather see a price increase then a downgrade in quality.

The napkins that I have recently purchased are very thin compared to how they were in my previous years of buying them. I will not be buying any if your Bounty napkins in the future.

Poor quality, too thin
