Weird folds on napkins

Hey, Bounty. What's with the weird folds on your napkins? I purchased 2-200 1 ply napkin packs. The folds are off by 25%, in that 1 side is long & the other side is short. Very embarrassing in front of my guests. Especially for what I paid over the generic napkin. Production #: 0306U011N31932. I have pics if you want them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Napkins are rough - product has changed

I used to love the bounty napkins and didn’t mine paying more because they were soft and absorbent. But you have changed something and they are very rough. I am upset I bought 2 packages because I am stuck with these rough napkins. Cheaper brands are better. I am very disappointed. The same goes for the paper towels. They have changed and are rough. Luckily I don’t wipe my mouth with them. May have to look for a different brand if this does not change.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth what we pay anymore

I've been buying your napkins since they first came out. I can't wait to finish this last pack. They've always been almost as thick as the paper towels. Now they're as thin as the Generic Brands. You can't even make out the design on them, as to before you could even feel it. They're thin enough to substitute for toilet paper. And I pay more for them than I ever have. Good bye Bounty!

Disappointed

I have used Bounty napkins since they came out because I love the paper towels. The last multipack I bought does not seem up to “Bounty” standard. They used to feel similar to the paper towels but these are thin and rough to the touch. Nothing like they used to be. I am wondering if the processed was changed.

What happened to the napkin quality

I have been a longtime user of both Bounty paper towels and napkins; the las package of napkins I purchased were worse than a generic brand!!@
Absolutely no thickness nor absorption, I'm done with using Bounty napkins!!
Hopefully the paper towels will continue to be high quality.

Moldy smell

I have bought these napkins for well over a decade. This is the first package I have ever bought that when I opened them, all I could smell was mold! I have thrown the whole pack away. I feel like the quality has been slipping for a few years. These are some of the most expensive napkins on the shelf, I don’t mind paying with the better quality. Now I don’t trust the quality of this product and likely will switch to a cheaper brand

Your 1 ply napkins are not what they used to be - I have always used Bounty napkins but thinking about changing now to a 2 ply napkin - they just are not holding up at our meals - it takes two now for my husband at some of our meals - go back to your old style and make them thicker like they used to be
