Disappointed

We are so disappointed with the changes you have made to your napkins. We have purchased them for over 10 years for our family and the changes you have made in them are OBVIOUS. They are now very rough, thin and extremely un-absorbent with a strange smell. I am sorry to say we won’t be buying these new napkins and will be switching to another brand because of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rough and scratchy napkins

I’ve been buying Bounty napkins for years and have been very pleased - until now. This last package I purchased is terrible! It’s rough and scratchy - really unpleasant to use it to wipe your mouth - or even your fingers. I see the responses below that you say nothing has changed - but as a user - these napkins definitely have a very different feel. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Napkins

Bounty napkins seem rough on my adult mouth area and lips. I have to turn them outside to use which helps some. Just disappointed as my mother retired from P&G. I believe a Bounty paper towel is a better softer napkin. The below rating doesn’t really corespond to my issue

What happened?

Like other reviewers have noted, the last 2 batches of Bounty Napkins I bought have been horrible. They are rough and hurt nose and lips when using. Bounty Napkins were our favorite napkins and we had been purchase them for years. Now on the search for a replacement brand.

Wow - Not As Thick or Absorbent

I noticed that the Bounty napkins are not as thick or absorbent as they recently were. I bought Bounty because of its absorbency and now it's no better than the cheaper napkins. Disappointed at paying more for less quality than once was

Good absorbency, but plain

We really like the quality of your napkins! Been using them for at least a decade along with your paper towels. I am very disappointed you have not made the cute prints since Covid. Had I known there would be no more I would bought lots. It was so fun to have matching paper towels and napkins in cute and fun prints!!
