Terrible! These napkins are no longer soft and quilted. They are super thin and rough. It’s like getting a microdermabrasion when you wipe your mouth. I will switch to Vanity Fair.

NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE

I have used Bounty napkins for as long as I can remember. They’ve always been the thickest and FAR SUPERIOR than the rest. Today I bought a two pack of napkins as usual to restock my napkin holder and to my HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT noticed that the new supply was WAY THINNER than what I had left in the holder.

You changed your product. Now are crappy.

I used to love your napkins but you have gone cheap. Won’t buy anymore. For the price I will buy cheaper ones, just as good. So you have to use two instead of one like we used to do with Bounty. Yours are falling apart and need two with a meal. The package would pop when opened, now packing is loose. Shame on you.

What happened to your napkins??

I am so glad that I’m not crazy!! I see others on here have noticed the change too!! I’ve used your napkins for many years but if you don’t return them to their original thickness, I won’t buy anymore.

Poor Quality

I've used Bounty Napkins and paper towels for as long as I can remember. However, I have recently (Sept/Oct 2023) purchased Bounty napkins that just aren't up to par. They are very thin and not absorbent. Why they have been changed, I don't know, but I was paying a premium price for a premium product. I will not pay a premium price for an inferior product. I have to find another brand to buy. That's too bad. Please bring the original napkins back!-,

Disappointed Quality changed

I have purchased Bounty napkins for years, was unhappy when you stopped making the printed napkins, but continued to purchase the white because of the thickness and quality of the Bounty napkin. When I opened the package I purchased this week it was instantly noticeable that you have changed the quality. The new napkin has a very rough feel to it (not soft like the original) and is not even folded correctly (the corners do not match up). It looks like I took a paper towel and folded it, and feels just as rough. The napkins I get at fast food restaurants are better quality than this. I looked at the package to see if I picked up something different by mistake, but no it was Bounty. Although you did change your package to now say Bounty Napkins Serviettes. I am very disappointed, from now on I will buy store brand napkins for everyday use and Vanity Fair napkins for entertaining. I am sure many customers will follow as well.
