Not so quick to "pick up"

The paper towels are not as absorbent as they once were. "Quicker Picker Upper" no longer applies. Why is this? Bring back the absorbency! (Viva is better.) They ARE strong, but "quicker picker upper" is so not true.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Select A Size Name Change

Love the absorbancy of Bounty towels but they need to change the name of the Select A Size to Guess The Size! As long as they've been making towels you'd think they'd have the ability to make the perforations large enough to allow the towels to tear easily and consistently every time. Maybe they're just too cheap to replace the cutting blades that make the perforations and they're calling it a cost savings. Either get your quality control up to speed or rename the towels.

Bounty has changed for the worse

I’m 70 years old and have used Bounty for as long as I can remember but they have changed. I prefer the full sheet size but the only ones I can find is the select a size. One sheet is too small and two sheets is too much, which is wasteful. Most of the time two sheets separate when you don’t want them to. The quality has changed for the worst. They’re nothing like the soft absorbent Bounty of old. I used to clean my glasses with bounty but no more, Bounty will now scratch expensive plastic lenses.
Please bring back the original soft full sheet Bounty that we all used and liked.

Love My Bounty & Hoping the quality concerns by others is only temporary

Bounty has been THE brand that has been used in my household, my mother's, and my grandmother's. They are by far superior to any other brand I've ever tried. You think your saving money by buying a cheaper brand, but you just and up having to use 2-3 times more just to get the job done.Since I have grandchildren, I appreciate the Select A Size, only bc they don't need a whole sheet most of the time, or if I'm using it to line my containers, I can get it pretty close to the exact size of my container. I, like some of the others, do lean towards the full size rolls for household cleaning tasks, so we purchase both types. Our household just tends to still prefer the use of paper towels opposed to washing reusable towels. We do Recycle ♻️ for this concerned. We have 2 trash cans in our home, 1 for Recycling & the other for everything else.
I've read many recent reviews regarding the quality and I am a bit concerned about bulk buying this time, because they seem to be long-term loyal Bounty Users such as myself. I personally haven't noticed any quality issues so far. However, I do always purchase mine from my Local Store & in bulk. Since my last bulk purchase in October 2021, I've only had to purchase 1 pack- 2 Double Roll Select a Size from my local drugstore & did not notice a change in quality. But it's time for me to bulk buy so I will keep my fingers crossed that no quality issues arise.
I was actually thinking of purchasing through Amazon, which is what brought me to site today, to check out some of the descriptive words they use. That's when I came across the concerns of others in quality. My question is 2 fold.... The loyal customers that have had issues with quality, Where did you purchase from... Online or Locally in person? 2nd, To Bounty, Is Amazon's subscribe & save program a certified, or reliable, distributer for Bounty? I have noticed some products suffer quality issues when not purchased from Local Stores. I've never purchased Bounty from any type of online distributor, & want to try to avoid the quality issues other's seem to be having as much as possible.
Has Bounty made any changes to their product? Loyal Bounty Users would certainly understand I would think, if changes have had to be made with all these issues with supply chain going on. Honesty & transparency would be key to communicate to your customer's, IF this is the case. Thank you so much for any information you can provide.

How many sheets per roll?

I am looking to buy paper towels online. Your product does not list the number of sheets per roll. You use subjective roll size terms. How can I buy your product if I don’t know what I am getting for the price?

Downgraded towels, same expensive price

I couldn’t believe how poor the quality is with the new select the size towels. I said to my husband we bought Bounty, right? I thought it was some sort of prank that was being played on me. I’m not sure why the towels have changed, but they do not work the same as they used to. I am now going to be searching out a different brand. Unfortunately, you will be losing a loyal customer unless you change it back to the original. These are like cheap dollar store towels and fall apart when you use them and don’t absorb.

Terrible

I have been a loyal Bounty customer for years, but I will be looking for a new brand. The recent changes you've made to the product are terrible. Such a disappointing transformation -- these new paper towels fall apart and are less durable than a dollar store brand. I will not buy your product again unless you revert to the previous version. So upsetting.
