Product looks like in terms of color etc however after a few weeks of having it its still bent upwards from being rolled and is still not flat. When rolling chair wheels struggle to get over the uneven surface.

Poor packaging

I ordered a chair mat. These typically come rolled up. However Staples did not prepare the item for shipping. It was apparently sent out flat but when it arrived it was a filthy crumbled mess. The bizarre thing is the item was shipped to store and the clerk actually presented me with this filthy crumpled item. When I said I would not be taking the item the clerk was not surprised and said that chair mats typically arrive rolled.

Black Chair Mat

Looks very nice the no lip is greeat! The performance of the mat is not that good. The chair rollers have put permanent indentations into the mat and my chair rolls down into them all the time. I don't care for that! The height of the "pile knobs" on the back of the mat are not as high as my other mat (for the same carpet height) maybe that is the problem.

Sticky Tape Residue

Mine came with the clear packing tape stuck to the back of it. It doesn't pull off easily have left a 1 foot long by 2" strip of sticky residue that I don't want laying on my hardwood floors. It took a while to get this cleaned off. Otherwise the mat is fine but very disappointed that someone would do this. I would return it for a new one if found again.

Nice Mat For Our Laminate Floor

This mat is perfect for most laminate floors The traditional plastic mats were hard to keep clean and the desk chair did not roll on it. This mat allows for easy rolling of the desk chair. It was a little pricy if you paid the retail price. We found it on sale and it was a great deal.
