The problem we have if you are out off stock we can't order and you will ship when you get it in free. It's not my problem you are out of something but we need to wait till you get it in so we don't pay for shipping. How about changing that

Really like the taste of the tea. Nice aroma and flavor.
Product was shipped in a flimsy box along with my other items purchased. Product boxes were beat up and coming apart. It looked as if the packers or stockers had mishandled them. I don’t believe it was the shipping company that caused the problem. That product was loosely packed and then shipping container was not that dented.
