Was what was needed to get in high places

Having a problem with the dusting pad staying on keeps slipping off. Not a good thing when you have keep putting lt on,and yes I am putting it on right. A big disappointment .

We'd be happy to help make sure your Dusters stay on the handle while you're cleaning. We suggest making sure that the prongs on the handle are fully inserted into the sleeves of the Dusters. I would give 0 if i could. This is the worst product ever! These dusters just push dust around, the blue dotted material is just awful.

Poor redesign

The original 360 duster was great. This cheap redesign with the plastic blue dots scratched the delicate finishes on some trim work and just moves dirt around. The plastic serves zero purpose. Overall this is a lousy product. Please bring back the previous duster that was fluffy and effective.

HATE THOSE NEW YELLOW SWIFFERS!!

I've used the yellow Swiffer dusters for years and then you ruined them by putting those awful silver things on them!! THEY ARE AWFUL AND NOW I HAVE TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL SWIFFERS. WHY DIDN'T YOU LET YOUR GOOD PRODUCT ALONE OR AT LEAST LET US HAVE A CHOICE??? THESE ARE NOT BETTER!!

Used to be great! Now it's junk!

This extendable swiffer duster used to be awesome. I would last me at least a year without breaking. I have bought 4 in the past 2 months!!! That have all broken within 2 weeks of use in the exact same spot!!! I have to duct tape it together just to get through my day. I clean for a living and use your products as well as recommend them. I will now be looking for other products to use as yours have turned into junk. A 15.00 duster should not break within 2 weeks, 4 times in a row! Very disappointed in the decline of your product.

This duster just pushes dust around. It is definitelyNOT fluffy like it shows on the box and it is cheaply made! Ugh...what a waste of money and time using it (to do absolutely NO actual dusting!).

You say this has been through a lot of tests. Did anyone try dusting under an appliance? When you pull it out, the duster remains. Plan on spending the next hour fishing it out.

You call 3' an extension handle???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Swiffer dusters for awhile now, and have been happy with them. However, my new place has cathedral ceiling with a ceiling fan, and I need a real extension to even reach the fan. There's no way I will ever be able to reach the corners where cobwebs pop up, and I'm too old to get out a ladder every time I need to dust. Get with times, Swiffer, and offer a real extension handle before everyone with a newer house has to switch to some other product that will reach the corners.
Pros: dusts fairly well
Cons: doesn't reach where i really need to dust
I would recommend this to a friend!
