Good concept...

I received this free as a BzzAgent. It picked up the majority of the dust on most of the surfaces and was very easy to use. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get very far before having to switch to a new duster. It appeared to "push" the dust around after just a few surfaces. Great concept, but it's just not very budget friendly for the average family!

Thanks for trying the Swiffer 360 Duster Extender. Before attaching the duster to the handle, hold both ends of the duster & move your hands up and down quickly in a see-saw motion to fluff the duster as much as possible. the worst product

When I was ready to use the second one it fell apart could not attach it to the wand same thing with the next one.They ended up in the thrash can. Thanks a lot swifter.

This is the best cleaning tool I have ever used!

I can't understand why some people have a problem with this product. It's light and easy and works great. With it I can go up high for the tops of china cabinets or shelves or down low for baseboards. The swiffer replacements last a long time. I've just come on this site to buy two more, one for each of my sisters!
I would recommend this to a friend!

If I could figure out how to get the duster on the I might give it a higher score. I have used 1/2 a box of refills and still can not get it on more than 1/4 of the way. Please send me how to work the refills.

Works ok sideways but it pulls off the handle too easily. Don’t dust anything high or you will be getting out the ladder to get the durn thing out from where it is trapped

Duster head falls off

Even some models that had a little “clip” type thing don’t keep the dusthead on when dusting in tight spaces. I’ve had to put it on (also not easy after it’s in use) multiple times. I’m goung to tape it on from now on. Rethink this please.

Head does not stay inserted

This product is virtually useless. The dusting head does not stay attached when it comes in contact with any obstruction, i.e. the items where the dust is clinging. Furthermore, even when attached the prongs project in a way that they are doing the business which the cloth is supposed to. It is frustrating to use and a complete failure.
