I don't like it! Perfect for moving dust around your house!!!!! I will be taking this back to store. Swiffer Company, keep working at it so you might get the right product that will actually "trap
Response from swiffer.comBy Rosie, Swiffer Team, September 1, 2015
Oh no! We're sorry to hear that the dust was pushed around. I can guarantee you that what you are experiencing is not typical. Actually, trapping the dust is what we do best!
The good news is that usually when this is happening, it is because the fibers are not fluffed up enough. Before you use the duster, fluff the fibers by holding both ends of the Duster and moving your hands up and down quickly in a "see-saw" motion. Build up speed until all the fiber fingers are fluffed. Pulling at the fibers may also help to fluff them.
The more fluffed the fibers, the better cleaning results you'll get. I hope this helps. Let us know if this helps. ty!

The first duster that was already installed was great. Good look getting refill dusters on after that. In the trash the day after I purchased. Mad at myself for wasting $10.

Stupid- duster comes off the fork
on August 26, 2015

I have wrought iron chairs, If you spin it around like you would have to to get down inside, then pull it out, duster comes off the fork. Used masking tape to hold it on.
Response from swiffer.comBy Rosie, Swiffer Team, September 1, 2015
I am sorry to hear that the duster comes off while you're using it. We wouldn't expect that and neither should you. How frustrating!
Have you already checked to make sure both prongs on the handle are inserted all the way down in the sleeves on the cloth? The 360˚ Dusters have two sleeves between the fluffy layers and the cloth is held in place by the tab at the base of the handle. It's important to use Swiffer refills for your Swiffer handle.
I hope this helps. If you have checked and are already doing all of the above, please let us know. Thanks!

Minions version defective, doesn't fully retract
on September 29, 2015

I bought the 360 extender Minions edition. I believe the handle is defective, as the white part does not fully retract or lock into place when NOT extended. Most of my dusting wouldn't need the extension, I just wanted a handle that could extend when needed, to replace my existing Swiffer. Very disappointed.
Response from swiffer.comBy Tina F , Consumer Response, October 5, 2015
Hi Vickifa7, I’m sorry that your handle isn’t retracting or locking into place when not extended. With our quality process, that should have been caught before leaving the plant. It helps to know that when you put the handle on, put the rounded pieces together, and push firmly until you hear a click. Once you hear the click, the handle shouldn’t pull apart. Once the handle is fully extended, there should be four white buttons on the side that you can push when you need to shorten. We stand behind our products and would like to hear more about this, please give us a call at your convenience (800) 214-8734. Don't forget to have your swiffer with you when you call. We're looking forward to hearing from you.

Not very user friendly

Too short for the average person to reach the ceiling. Very difficult to thread the dusters and prongs constantly poke through. Waste of money.
Response from swiffer.comBy Tina F, Consumer Response, October 5, 2015
Hi Boleyn, I’m sorry that you’re not able to reach the ceiling with your Swiffer Dusters. Here are a few tips to ensure that you're able to use the extended handle for over head reach. The rounded ends of the handle slide together and you should hear a click to ensure that they are secure, they will then be difficult to push together. If you pull on the upper section of the handle it will extend to the length you want, once the handle is fully extended 4 white buttons will show on one side and to shorten you would just press the bottom button and push down the upper handle. We don’t recommend taking them apart once together. The prongs should fit between the fluffy layers of the duster and held in place by the tab at the base of the handle’s prongs. Our Swiffer specialists would be happy to help and hear more about your purchase. Please give us a call at your convenience. (800) 214-8734.

I have high ceilings and the wand is not long enough to reach my ceiling fan.
Response from swiffer.comBy Karen, Swiffer Team, December 4, 2015
Thanks for trying Swiffer Dusters Extender. They extend up to 3 feet, and we hate to hear this isn't long enough to reach your ceiling fan. We'll be sure to share your feedback with the rest of our team.

The original blue extender handle

So many reviews are requesting this company to come back with the original handle. I would think you would want to keep your customers happy! I may have to return to a yard stick and a microfiber cloth if this doesn't work!
