needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] using the duster it can slip off or fold back on the fingers that hold the duster in place and needs to be reposition. the older model worked much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so sorry to hear that the duster itself is not staying securely on the handle. We wouldn't expect that and neither should you. How frustrating!
Have you already checked to make sure both prongs on the handle are inserted all the way down in the sleeves on the cloth? The 360˚ Dusters have two sleeves between the fluffy layers and the cloth is held in place by the tab at the base of the handle. It's important to use Swiffer refills for your Swiffer handle. Other brands’ refill cloths may not fit the Swiffer handle properly.

Refill does not stay on the extender handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For whatever reason I cannot seem to keep these refills from flying off the handle. I've shoved them down onto the fork about 15 different ways and within a few seconds of shaking the duster around the refill starts sliding off the top. I've tried looking through the internet and it seems that some holders have a tab or something either inside or at the beginning or end of the fork which holds the refills. Not sure if that's what I'm missing??? I'm not a complete idiot but either I'm missing something very basic or this extender handle is just plain defected
Cons: refill does not stay on the handle

Lenghtens my arms

I'm short so it's always been hard for me to feel like I've done a good job with my cleaning. The Swiffer makes me feel like I've done the best job ever and I don't have dust coming down in my eyes.

no more stools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am vertically challenged so I use to have to carry around a step stool when I was dusting the top of pictures, door frames, ceiling corners, light fixtures. With the extender my feet can stay planted safely on the floor and still reach those high areas.
Pros: the 360 duster is great for getting all crevices
Cons: sometimes the duster falls off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly hate cleaning ,but I dont make enough money to hire anyone unfortunately.But with Swiffer prouducts,especially the Swiffer 360 Duster Extender ,cleaning I hate to admit is somewhat fun ,I just put music on and reach high and low and in between and Swiffer 360 Duster does most of the work,and by clinging to dirt so easy I dont really have to strain , A big plus is If Im wearing a nice outfit or the color white reaching up to dust like a ceiling fan or somthing above I dont have to worry about dust coming down on me like most other dusters that have the dust flying everywear and on me or the kids,so I can dust even around the family or before I got ou

Short Little Old Lady Requirement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't quite know how to explain to taller people what it means to be able to have an extendable handle on a duster, which not only gives you the ability to dust from the floor, but has lockable positions and pivots so you can get into all the little nooks and crannies. As I grew older, I cringed at having to drag out a step stool or ladder just to reach the upper regions of my home and furniture ~~~~and spider webs no longer rule my ceilings! I used to either take my life in my hands, or let the dust and crud rule. Thank you for letting me take steps towards a cleaner home.
