The Pure Peppermint Herbal Tea is a staple that I cannot run out of in my home. It is delicious as well as very helpful for my reflux and digestive issues. In fact, my gastro-enterologist recommended I drink it. I enjoy at least one cup a daily, usually following my evening meal before bedtime.
To sweeten tea with fewer calories try making 1/2 of your cup of tea using peppermint tea instead of sugar. I use the smallest Keurig cup setting of English or Irish breakfast tea and finish with small cup setting of peppermint tea. It makes a delicious cup of sweetened tea with less calories and caffeine. The peppermint tea is delicious as a caffeine free evening beverage also.
I bought this mint tea a few weeks ago, and have been thrilled. It has become my new favorite to drink all day instead of coffee. It has the perfect amount of mint flavor, either hot or cooked on ice! I will definitely be stocking my pantry with this from now on.
