Not very sweet, and to be honest doesn't necessarily taste like cinnamon sugar cookie, more like hint of cinnamon cookie, but that's how we like ours! My husband even likes it and has been drinking it, and he's usually will drunk nothing but Cafe Bustelo or Starbucks Toasted Graham. The flavor nor the coffee is overly strong. I enjoy it very much.
