New formula is TERRIBLE!

I have been purchasing this flavor exclusively for a few years. It is my all time favorite flavor. I would buy enough to last me all year. This year the formula was changed and now it’s awful! I was hoping it was a bad batch. I ordered from several different retailers trying different batches. They are all disgusting and taste nothing like the previous versions. There is ZERO cinnamon flavor. Good luck finding any cookie flavor too. Whoever approved this new formula needs to find a new job.
Badly done Keurig. Why ruin a good thing?

This coffee taste incredible! It’s the perfect balance of cinnamon and sugar honestly. I’ve never been into doing the “subscribe” thing for K-pods but I will 100% be registering for this one!!

Flavor has changed

We have been a fan of the Cinnamon Sugar cookie, stocking up on it so that we can enjoy it longer. This recent batch we ordered is a completely different flavor and is not good. No Cinnamon flavor and a horrible after taste. Very disappointed to see a change in such a delicious coffee to something that has changed for the worse.

This used to be my all time favorite coffee. I looked forward to it all year. However the formulas changed and I am so disappointed. It tastes like French Vanilla. I even returned a set that I had purchased: thinking it was mislabeled. I was refunded and bought another box and it was just as disappointing. Please return the original cinnamon flavored sugar cookie coffee blend! This new blend has no hint of cinnamon or sugar cookie!

The formula has been changed and no longer tastes like Cinnamon Sugar Cookie. It has a maple smell and the flavor is terrible. Looks like they are now using natural flavors. Bring back the artificially flavored formula!

Not the same

One of my favorite flavors so i ordered up and now have two boxes that i will not be using. There is no hint of any cinnamon. Smells and tastes totally different, like a maple, caramel, pecany? flavor.. Customer service seemed more concerned about the numbers on my keurig machine than understanding it was the pods/coffee and not my machine.
