There has been a change in our product.

I have been buying Angel Soft for years. Recently, there have been changes. A couple of months ago, I noticed that the rolls seem to in reverse. This caused the paper to come off the roll as it hangs on the holder.
Now, the package we bought seems to be coming apart. The two plys are not put together properly. When you use the paper, there are strips of paper and bare spots as you are trying to tear it off.
This is not the quality we have had in the past.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Says it's unscented, but it isn't.

Really unhappy to discover a package with the word Unscented on it actually has a pretty strong perfume fragrance. I avoid unnatural scents and perfumes as much as possible and will have to throw this out. Won't be buying this brand again

Found mold????

We always buy Angel Soft toilet paper and don’t normally have an issue but this last batch we got has this nasty green stuff in the roll. I took photos to show what I mean. This is being packaged like this? I’m not sure why this is happening but we have had to throw out multiple rolls because the green stuff is all over? I am not sure if it is mold but it’s disgusting.....we bought more since we like this toilet paper and don’t seam to have an issue yet? Please figure out why this is happening? Or why your products are going out with it visible through the packaging?

I used to love your toilet paper. It was the only brand I would buy. However you've recently made some minor changes not only to the pattern but the softness as well. I find that it's a little too scratchy now. Really wish you would change it back. Until then I guess I'll have to buy other brands

It was bad enough when they started making the rolls narrower (like we wouldn't notice the size decrease!), now this toilet paper is so thin and scratchy it is not even usable! Angel soft used to be one of my favorites and now I am hoping that the store will take this back as it's not even usable. It's scratchy and it takes 3x more when using! It is literally SO thin that I thought it was an extremely thin 1-ply when I opened the bag and had to look at the packaging again to verify that it was 2-ply! Unbelievable!

Good, but not that soft

I had the opportunity to purchase and try angel soft scented toilet tissue. To be honest, the price was the underlying reason for the purchase and the thought of lavender in the bathroom sounded pleasant. The tissue itself was scratchy and not soft at all. The lavender scent was not that pronounced. For the price, yes I recommend it, for a soft tissue paper, I don't.
I would recommend this to a friend!
