Not happy

I have bought this brand for years. Recently though, I have noticed that the diameter of the roll ( the cardboard center ) is huge. It doesn't roll smoothly and is often misshapen. I realize this may make the roll look bigger and fool some people but I would rather have the old size back. I will be looking for another brand.

This 'new' Mega roll is much thinner and very rough. I would rate it '0' stars if I could. Stick to the soft reliable 'Double Roll'.

I have never purchased Angel Soft products and won't after viewing the stupid commercial with the father teaching his daughter how to shave her legs. Seriously? It's just another example of the trend in advertising to show white males in roles that devalue them, show them as stupid, or show them as as less than the strong masculine role model.

Thin, flat

I have chosen Angel Soft toilet paper for years because of its excellent value. It was thick enough and soft enough for everyday use, yet broke down quickly in our septic system. The price was always very reasonable for the quality. But, I just purchased the new Mega rolls. The paper feels thin and flat. I need to use twice as much to get the same hand protection and cleaning as the old two-ply. How is that economical? Plus, the Mega roll barely fits on a standard toilet paper holder. The roll is so fat, it does not turn freely. Perhaps it's time to find a different brand.

Whats happening to the roll width

I bought a 12 equals 48 rolls recently and when I opened the package the width of the rolls were decreased by 1 inch. Yes, I have a larger roll of paper but no saving as you will need more of the roll since it is an inch shorter in width. Have used Angel Soft for decades but that is soon to change. Very disappointed.

I have used your product for many years. I bought the 12 pack and noticed the packaging was quite a bit smaller. When I compared the new rolls to what I had at home, the new rolls were almost a quarter inch smaller. Of course, the price hasn't changed. Also, if this product is two play, it's extremely thin.

I have been an Angel Soft fan for 20 years but this new production of toilet paper is too much like Charmin or other brands. The baby underneath the blanket was the kind I liked bc it was soft but not fuzzy.
