Did they change it?!

I've always loved angel soft. Never would use anything else and even turned my sister and brother in law onto it. But I just bought a new pack and it's terrible! It's the the same fluffy double sided quilted like it used to be! I am so disappointed. When did it change? I hope there are some old packs out there I can find so I don't need to change brands!!

Lost the balance

I've bought Angel soft for years. This last package was different though. They seem to have lost that "ideal balance of softness and strength." It's now more like John Wayne toilet paper: rough and tough. The whole family is complaining. Going to switch bands I guess.

What happened?

We have used Angel Soft for years and when I recently bought a mega pack, it is completely different. My husband says it feels like cheap toilet paper in a public restroom. It is rough now, not soft. It is hard to even tell it is two layers. It is not pleasant to use at all. I do t know if this is a cost cutting measure or what, but we will not be purchasing again unless it goes back to being the soft, fluffy paper we liked.
