Poor product

We purchased this and was greatly disappointed in the product. The toner did not last 3 days. We have a pretty new drum and upon inserting this toner into our printer it kept saying "Toner Low" and it even felt light. Our old toner felt heavier than the one we had just received. Even after shaking it multiple times it still said the toner was low and eventually stopped printing all together. All said and done I'd rather spend a few extra dollars to make sure we can print without worries.
