Not a good replacement cartridge.

Ordered this product. Received a day later. Great. However once installed it printed 2-pages and then stated that toner was low. I banged kicked and tried every trick I knew to extend the cartridges' life. All to no avail. I then took it to my nearby Staples store. They accepted it and provided a credit but they do ont stock the generic cartridges. So I had to pay full price for Brand Name Cartridge which was not my goal. Seems that if the product you receive is defective that the store would at least be able to honr the better price?

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS TONER CARTRIDGE FOR OVER 6 MONTHS AND i HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE CARTRIDGE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ITS USE.

Purchased 2 but 1 was defected

I replaced 1 TN-450 in my office printer and another TN-450 in my printer at home. Office printer took the toner just fine. Home printer acted like it was out of toner.. Needless to say returned defected toner to staples and they ordered me a new one. Office printer toner is working just fine so far!

Product's wrong size for TN-450 Cartridg

I have a Brother printer that takes a TN-450 cartridge. I went online and found the TN-450 Brother brand cartridge offered plus a Sustainable Earth (Staples Remanufactured product) identified as a TN-450 cartridge. I ordered the Sustainable Earth product. When received it is not the same size as the Brother brand cartridge so that it does not properly nest in the cartridge space in the printer. I contacted Staples CHAT and will return the Sustainable Earth product to the local Staples store today. I've never had a problem with a Sustainable Earth product before.
