Reman Drum Kit

The drum is working fine but after I installed it my printer is still blinking "replace drum" and sometimes hangs up printing. I have to cancel the print job and re-send it. I've run into this before when I've used a generic brand and the device doesn't recognize it. It also voids some warranties if you use off-brand products. Our office is all about recycling and that is why we ordered this. Won't purchase again.

Remanufactured Fax Drum

The Tru Red Remanufactured Brother Fax Drum seems fine. It gave me a little trouble with the machine knowing it was there but shutting it off and then turning it on cleared that problem. It seems to be working well with the fax machine.

I thought I was getting the 450 toner which has a much higher capacity than the 420 and thought it was a very good deal. the toner itself is fine but I am disappointed that it will not last as long as I anticipated

I am extremely happy so far with the performance of this drum unit. Printing is great and it gave help to reset the "timer" on the unit. Great delivery as well - next day.

The last order I did for this product. The drum lasted about two weeks then my printer reported 4% drum life left. Staples replaced it with no question asked... That is a big plus
