I don't understand the difference between the same purchase in the store and order online. The instructions on how to install the cartridge are poor. I have purchased this cartridge many times. The replacement cartridge was all ways one part not the reconfiguration I experienced.

This the second time that I purchased the recycled staples brand and had to return it. Besides geting a toner bath it did not fit in the printer correctly. Needless to say pay the $5 and buy brand.

"Toner ink low" message would not clear and I had to replace after about 900 pages printed

From the first time loaded into my printer it triggered the " toner ink low" warning message in my printer and I could not clear the message. So when the ink was used up I had no warning and suddenly my documents could not be printed. Of course I was working on a deadline at the time! Not worth buying at all.

Truly high yield!

This toner lasted much longer than I expected. Their claim that it is high yield is really true. We run a small business and don't have tons of money for supplies so it is refreshing to find a toner that actually does last as long as the claim.

The toner seems to work but when inserted in my fax machine it stated it was the standard cartridge and not high yield.
