A Sure Money Saver

I always go into a bit of shock when it is time to buy more toner for the laser printer. Boy! was I glad to find these remanufactured black toner cartridges by Sustainable Earth at Staples. I always purchase lots of three to save even more money. They work just as well as the original Brother toner cartridges and have given us absolutely no problems. They are well packaged and easy to install. Then I just reuse the box that the new cartridge came in to pack up the old one and take it back to Staples for a credit. What a great way to save money!

Only 1/2 the yield advertised 1289vs2600

Although we love the Sustainable Earth products for their "green value" and benefits to mother earth the lure of a 'high yield' was not consistent with what this toner produced. It advertised 2600 pages as a yield yet we only got a little under 1300 pages which is half of what was promised. It does deliver good quality and once it started saying 'toner low' we actually went another week without replacing it to make sure we used all that we could get out of it. The actual Brother toner doesn't meet it's yield promise either though!
